Quiet location close to everything!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need. The decor is coastal and calming, and just charming! All the bedrooms were very comfortable and with 4 teen girls on the trip it was nice to have so many bathrooms! We enjoyed evening on the screened in porch after a short walk to diner right in the heart of Bethany Beach! It was a fantastic trip!

321 Hollywood review

We absolutely loved this Bethany cottage! Great location -easy to walk to the boardwalk and the beach! Check in and check out was seamless and the house was adorable and immaculate! We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Delightful Bethany Beach home

Large comfortable home with 4 bedrooms including 2 large “master” bedrooms with small but usable balconies, 4 full baths including 2 jetted soaking tubs, nearly new washer/dryer in 2nd floor laundry room off hallway next to front master bedroom, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, nice back deck and wonderful wrap around screened front porch with lots of comfortable furniture, 3 ceiling fans and recessed ceiling lighting in addition to table lamps just a half mile walk from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. While it was large for just my husband and me, it was perfect for hosting my daughter, son-in-law and 3 small grandchildren and could easily have added another adult couple if our other children had been free. The kitchen was well stocked for making family meals when we didn’t dine out with plenty of tableware, cookware, large refrigerator/freezer, combo double wall oven/microwave as well as a cooktop and oven and dishwasher and small appliances like hand mixer and blender. A perfect vacation rental for extended family visiting.

Cute and Comfy Beach House.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this house! It oozes with character and old-school classic beach bungalow charm --just bigger and with more modern touches like lots of bathrooms, high ceilings, a wine fridge, etc. It was much more spacious than we anticipated. Two of the bedrooms are quite large, with their own balconies. Between the living room, den, and porch, there was plenty of space for the 7 of us to spread out when we wanted. There was even a tiny room off the kitchen with a small desk that served as the designated Zoom room for work. The front porch is the absolute best part of the house. We spent so much time out there, having coffee, playing cards, reading, or just hanging out and relaxing. It has multiple sitting areas, lots of comfy wicker furniture, cooling fans, and plenty of extra space for all our beach stuff. Even my kids, who prefer more a more modern asthetic to this kind of rustic one, thought it was the cutest beach house ever!

Very spacious layout of house. Very good location. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed evenings outside in screened porch. Kim Rebman was responsive to our requests A few negatives: moldy outdoor canapés. Ceramic stove top hard to clean. We covered distressed kitchen table with cloth since paint appeared “dirty” despite our cleaning efforts.
