Great week!

This condo was perfect for us. We had 5 adults and we had enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, glass, everything really. The condo was updated and nicely decorated, the seating comfortable, and the view amazing. We had an amazing week with our family. The condo is great, and sea colony is awesome too. We can't wait to go back.

Great week at Sea Colony!

My parents owned a townhome at Sea Colony West for nearly 40 years. This is my family's first time renting, so we chose an ocean view. We have taken our children to Bethany Beach for 20 years, and we were so happy to be back at Sea Colony as renters in an immaculate condo with a great view. We hope to come back next Summer!! 💕

Nice stay

Beautiful views and great amenities in condo (pots, pans, necessary dishes, soap/shampoo, etc). Beds were comfortable and location was great. The towels did not dry us off and shed a lot of lint, water was not super hot, and there were a few dirty areas areas around the condo. In general, this was a very solid 4-star (maybe even 4 1/2 star) condo that allowed us to have an awesome vacation!

Excellent!

The condo was in near perfect condition and all of the furniture was of obvious high quality and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything we could need was already there. We would not hesitate to return sometime in the future.

Beautiful Apartment

We had a great time at the sea colony. This apartment was beautifully furnished. The ocean view was perfect. Would highly recommend this apartment. Would definitely rent this apartment again.

Enjoyable stay and location

Great place to stay! Only suggestion - the table and tall chairs on balcony were too tall and not relaxing as we would have preferred shorter ones especially with having coffee in morning.

A very nice condo but...

We loved this condo and had a lovely stay! It was clean and updated so nicely with updated appliances, flooring and decor. A terrific view and convenient location. I was disappointed to find an unwelcome visitor inside the unit (a cockroach). This may have been due to a previous occupant putting used dirty baking sheets back in the drawer below the oven without washing it, also an unpleasant surprise. Gross!!!

Beautiful “home away from home”!

From the minute we checked in, till the minute we checked out, we had a fabulous stay at Farragut. The condo was beautifully decorated with upgraded appliances and amenities. The location was perfect. We will highly recommend this unit. The owners have done a beautiful job with this unit. Thank you for allowing us to stay there!
