Very nice

I love the amenities with the place! It was a nice little place for our small stay, and I was so happy it included the pool and was close to everything including a WAWA and ROFO.

Nice location

The home has a nice back deck overlooking the water. The air conditioning, washer and dryer & appliances work well. There was a bus stop right outside the door & the tram stop just a short walk.

Great stay at Sea Colony

We came here as a family to celebrate my moms 60th birthday since we couldn’t travel internationally! The check in line was long but it moved super fast! We were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay for the week. We never walked to the beach since we usually had a bunch of stuff to carry. The only issue we had was cobwebs in the ceilings and on the deck, but otherwise the unit was very clean. We also had an issue with the living room TV but it was resolved immediately!

Very outdated and needs work

Sea Colony was fabulous. However the rental unit we had left a lot to be desired. 1. Blankets in loft were dry rotted and unusable. 2. Front bedroom, bed and door both squeak. 3. Ironing board needs cover or replaced. 4. Front bath needs painting, walls and cabinets very dingy. 5. Bathroom sink took forever to drain. Showerhead was awful. 6. Front door screen was very cheap and not installed correctly. 7. Kitchen drawers all loose and hard to control. Bottom cabinets would not stay closed. 8. Very sketchy utensil's and not adequate for 8 people. 9. Fold out sofa bed is nothing but some old springs and cannot be slept on. 10. Loft ceiling fan was too loud to use at night. 11. Coffee pot broke on our second day and we had to purchase a new one. 12. No lighting on the deck and couldn't be used at night. 13. Kitchen waste basket was broken with no lid and we needed to purchase a new one.

We enjoyed our stay very much and we would return! The sea colony community was clean and we felt safe waking outside at night and enjoyed being outside as much as possible! The pools and beach and bike rentals were great too!
