Location is perfect.

Nice home, lots of bedrooms. Location is perfect. Needed more utensils and beach gear like chairs/umbrella etc.

Perfect!

We needed a place to stay while visiting friends in Bethany, and this house was perfect. Close to the beach, clean and comfortable-it was everything we needed.

Wonderful location, but…

This house is the perfect distance from the beach with the canal access as well. We had a great time kayaking and paddle boarding when we weren’t on the beach. The downside- the house was filthy. We reached out to Vacasa immediately and while the first person said they’d have someone come and take care of it, we were not made aware of when they were coming, and so we weren’t there to point out the problem areas- which turned out to be more than just the sunroom. I found the owners email and reached out to her. She was incredibly responsive and apologetic and helped us get in touch with Lisa from Vacasa who was also wonderful. While the house was not what we’d expected and the dog hair caused lots of sneezing, the location is pretty great!
