Located only 1/4 of a mile from the downtown Rockville Metro, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath renovated colonial-style single family home sporting hardwood floors, updated kitchen and baths boasts a gorgeous fenced in yard with 2-tiered deck and spacious accommodations all in walking distance to Rockville Town Center, the Rockville Courthouse, restaurants and shops. Just seconds to I-495, I-270, Pike & Rose, it's only 25 minutes by car or by metro to downtown DC! Central air conditioning, gas heat off-street parking, washer & dryer are all included! Dogs are welcome (breed restrictions apply) with $200 pet fee. There are sidewalks and parks within walking distance of this wonderful home.

Homey!
Great place to gather and close to NIH and all other amenities desired for our weekend. Grass was cut and peonies in bloom which made it feel welcoming. Would stay there again if needing a group family place in returning to NIH. Elizabeth and Martin very responsive.

Visiting lots of relatives
Home was in a great location to visit many of our relatives in the surrounding areas. Back deck and yard were perfect for our fur baby to stretch out in the sun and get a little exercise. Driveway was nice and long for our camper van, too. Walked to shops and had some awesome cupcakes from Lil cakes and creamery.

Great location, cute house
We enjoyed our stay! The yard was perfect for our dogs, and the house was just what we needed. Comfortable and nicely appointed, we would love to have stayed a little longer. Very close to the Metro station, grocery, lots of places to eat. Very nice neighbors. Would stay again.

Came in to the DC area for our son's 40th birthday. Location was perfect. Took the train into NYC..just blocks from the house. So many great places to eat and shop. House was comfy and a big thanks for the coffee!

In town for a sports tournament and this quaint home near Rockville's Town Center and Metro Station, restaurants and shopping was the perfect location. The hosts were very responsive and communicated often.

Our family of four adults stayed 4 nights. House was very clean and host was great! Close to metro so we could get to DC easily! Private backyard was amazing for just relaxing after a busy day in the city and morning coffee. Friendly neighborhood. I would definitely recommend.
