「This was a wonderful place to stay for a few days - our suite had a full kitchen, super comfy beds, and a great little living space for morning coffees. We ended up in the area unexpectedly, so asked for some food & entertainment recommendations and we're offered some GREAT ideas! It is walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and coffee and right across the street from the train so was SUPER easy to get up and down the coast for wonderful day trips. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hawthorne Hotel. Our room and bathroom weren’t huge, but they were clean and comfortable. The lobby was welcoming. Guests would sit and visit with each other there, or just enjoy the newspaper. There was hot coffee available in the morning and water/lemonade in the afternoon. The desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect for walking downtown or to the ferry to Boston. There is plenty of free parking behind the hotel, so there’s no hassle...
