"The house had patches of walls unpainted, it was missing oulet covers in both bedrooms, it was listed as having outdoor patio furniture which was not there. We left the apartment as instructed by the manual. Clean. Dishes cleaned an put away, used towles left on the bathroom floor, took the trash out. Yet they charged my insurance 500 for damages yet listed it as a deep cleaning. "

"I stay here often , I like that they have a balcony and it’s in a good location rather it be for shopping or food, the phones are not connected due to some reason and some bathroom plugs might not work ."

The house is spacious and has some lovely updates, while also keeping a lot of historic charm. The view of Lake Michigan is phenomenal. Chicago is even visible on a clear day. Very easy to walk down to the beach or get to hiking trails through the woods."
