“It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super……

“It’s a wonderful new hotel, it has household appliance all Siemens, there’s a little supermarket for walking 3mins. The furniture and appliance are all clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and helpful! ”

“Such a wonderful experience”

“The room is good. However, the breakfast is not breakfast buffet while you paid for buffet, you only get one plate with 1-2 egg and some vegetables. And they won’t clean your room like a normal hotel usually do. We asked for complementary water and they sent it after 1 hour around 12 am.”

“Nice place, recommend it”

“很多面包”

“Spacious and clean, great breakfast, staff at reception and restaurant are all nice ”

“Poor service, in particular the receptionist: 1. Unable to answer our request to arrange airport transfer in advance despite our repeated follow-up attempts 2. Failure to provide an invoice at checkout 3. Failure to provide an email invoice to date (more than a week since checkout) as agreed 4. Inconsistency - one receptionist said I could get Marriott points at checkout but the other staff said I couldn't when checking out”
