“Hotel is only 200 meters away from railway station and right besides the highway. So many food options are available nearby. Hotel rooms were very clean. Interiors were in perfect condition. Staff specifically manager Mr John was very much approachable and took care of our requests nicely. Thanks to expedia for this good offer.”

Thing that could be improved: 1. The AC didn’t cool the room enough, and we had to rely on the Fan to keep the room cool. Staff informed us that this was due to renovations. 2. Wifi signal strength and speed were not good, and I had to use my mobile hotspot to attend online work meetings. 3. Breakfast……

“Checkin process was pathetic. The person at reception said that it’s cancelled. Upon insisting he checked and found our reservation and this process took some time and could have been smooth. The taps doesn’t have hot and cold water indicator and whichever way you turn the tap it gives hot water. No room service. There is a Arya bhawan restaurant nearby which is awesome. Virudhnagar paratha is a must try.”

“Me and my wife had to checkout of the hotel because the hotel did not meet the standards mentioned at Hotels.com. Bathroom and beds were dirty with spots and spit on walls. It was a “smoking” room and I could smell the smoke and saw the ashtray. I did not stay in the hotel and request for a FULL REFUND ASAP !!! ”

“A hotel I would never stay even if it is given for free. An absolutely incorrigible management which does not even up keep the building maintained. There is no proper parking. When the rear right wheel of our van fell into a four foot hole right in front of the hotel, the management did not even let its employee help us. The public and the passersby helped the vehicle out. Very noisy and at 5:00 AM every morning we have to wake up to a very high decibel songs and preaching. Hotel has made no……
