「This is a very charming, older hotel that is walking distance close to the Devi Kanyakumari and surrounding temples. It sits right on the beachfront with a beautiful ocean views from high on the top floor and in the dining room. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.」

「We stayed at Hotels Umaiyyal Home Stay for 3 nights. The rooms are very good and spacious. They were tidy and well-maintained. However, during our stay, the lifts were not operational. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, so we had to use the stairs for two days. The staff here is not proactive; they wait until we complain, and follow-up is required.
