The five lakes lying within forty acres are stocked with carp, roach, rudd, tench, bream and perch, offering a fine sport for the angler. There is a wide choice of beaches nearby, including Bude with its array of dog friendly beaches, outdoor sea pool, restaurants, shops and cafes. Westward Ho! and the sandy dunes of Instow are also a short drive. Just down the road is the unique fishing village of Clovelly, with its steep cobbled streets and quaint harbour. More local attractions are available such as The Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep, and Dartington Crystal. Further by car and a great day out for the family are the popular north Cornish villages of Boscastle, Tintagel and Port Isaac.

Head up three steps or the ramp to this lakeside lodge and through the door leading into the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. After a busy day, relax in the lounge area with comfortable seating whilst watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. Continue through the lodge to the four bedrooms: two doubles and two twin rooms, one of each has lovely views over the lake. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and WC and a shower room with WC.

On a warm summer’s evening head out through the double doors onto the large balcony which wraps around the lodge. An ideal setting for al fresco dining, or watching the sun set over this stunning lake.
