A very warm welcome from Caroline to a beautiful house overlooking the surrounding countryside and near the church. Clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities in the room (plus bonus cake - always welcome!) and a great breakfast selection. It was particularly nice to have the option of pancakes in addition to the usual full English or cereals, pastry and yoghurt. Walking distance to Innstow restaurants.

Wonderful and imaginative breakfast menu with many options. Lovely setting on a hillside overlooking the valley and just a few minutes from the sand dunes and beaches of the estuary.
Very warm welcome from our hosts and can thoroughly recommend to others.

Brilliant place to stay, we only stayed one night but it was well worth it. The room was a great size with a good tea/coffee tray, decent size bathroom and bed. Breakfast was fantastic. Really well worth staying.

Super friendly and welcoming host, a comfortable and attractive room, home-made cake every afternoon and wonderful breakfasts. The B&B is an easy walk to a stunning beach and various restaurants. We ate out at The Glorious Oyster and The Boat House - both recommended but we preferred the former for its relaxed, beachy vibe and quality of the dishes.

Really beautiful guest house set in the Devonshire countryside and amazing hosts . Made to feel very welcome . Room was lovely , clean and the bed was so comfy !!! The homemade cake was a nice added touch . Delicious home cooked breakfast and beautiful fresh fruit and delicious granola !!!
We will be back for another stay at some point
