「It's not happy at first because the website said can add bed, means can be one more person to stay. Actually we have 3 people, 2 adults and 1 teens and the hotel website haven't family room or 3 people room to book, so I booked a room for 2. But when we arrived, receptionist said the room for us was too small, asked us to add 500 swiss Franc more for 2 nights to upgards the room. No choice because already paid online. But when we saw the room, it's big, clean and tidy. Beds comforable, we...

「The location has its good and bad. It is located in the center of the city. That means it is very convenient. However, it is located next to the St. Johann Reformed Church. You will hear the clock rings every hour (until 10 or 11pm). You will hear noise (people partying and talking during mid-night). There is no AC, when you shut the windows, you may feel very hot at night. 」

「Sehr freundlicher Empfang und das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Es ist kein Designer Hotel, jedoch gut bürgerlich. Parkplätze sind Gebührenfrei und neben dem Gebäude hat es Ladestationen von Tesla. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde das Hotel in Schaffhausen wieder buchen. 」

「Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough 」
