“I recently stayed at another hotel in El Paso with a similar price point. This hotel was sooooo much nicer, very clean, and actually served breakfast! I will definitely stay here again when I need a hotel in the area.”

“The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.”

“Room appeared clean but I found a dirty sock under the pillows and the other sock was under the bed right by nightstand, they were from a previous occupant, I was also charged a separate 73 dollars for I don’t know what, still trying to figure that one out”

“It was very satisfied with my visit checked in on 7/1-7/5 the stuff is very welcoming the environment is very clean I have no complaints very satisfied would recommend a 100 times to anyone there was only just one thing on our last day we couldn't get any towels other than that everything was very perfect from the breakfast buffet to the pool hot tub my suit was very comforting very clean all the workers and staffs helped when we needed and had any questions and never complained the building was……

“The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not……

“The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the overall decor and attention to detail were superb. I would definitely stay here again.”
