“We have stayed at this hotel for years, but this last experience was not the best. The staff did not seem very happy whenever we requested more towels or anything extra that we needed. They always seemed to be in a bad mood. I’m sure it was because of the large number of people staying at the hotel for the track meet competition, but that’s not the guests’ fault. Providing customer service is part of their job. The second issue happened at around 1:00 a.m. An alarm went off, or something……

“The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.”

“It was very satisfied with my visit checked in on 7/1-7/5 the stuff is very welcoming the environment is very clean I have no complaints very satisfied would recommend a 100 times to anyone there was only just one thing on our last day we couldn't get any towels other than that everything was very perfect from the breakfast buffet to the pool hot tub my suit was very comforting very clean all the workers and staffs helped when we needed and had any questions and never complained the building was……
