「Breakfast was mediocre. Beds were fine, except they were very high for a short person to access. Bath tub was very slick and could lead to falls.」

「The stay here was decent the staff was friendly but there we things that were lacking. Room cleaning was very poor. I had to call so many times and yet I'm my 5 day stay only 1 day was cleaned fully. I had to put our trash outside in the hallway just for it to be done. Noticed some of our items went missing as well which was very odd. Other than that everything was decent a 5/10 could have been better but not the worse.」

「Wi-fi issues for two days. I called the number they gave me on day two and they needed my IP address. Did have wi-fi that night. Front desk did tell me about another guest unable to get wi-fi too. System problem not hotel issue. 4 unsupervised children under 12 playing football in pool while my three grandchildren were trying to have fun in the pool. Help did check who was there to supervise (no one) boys took football and left when asked to leave Wife fell while going to car in the rain. Left...

「The overall stay was a 4 out of 5. Room for improvement could be the cleanliness of the pool area and keeping it stocked with towels. My other complaint was the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. The water was not very hot and the pressure left a little to be desired. You often had to wait for staff to come to the front desk as well.」

「Our room door would stick and was hard to open when we tried to go in and out. We had a chair in our room that was broken and I stopped at the front desk to let them know and they said it would get taken care of but no one came to give us a chair we could sit in. There was a sign saying they were going to replace the hallway carpet a month before we got there but it had not been changed and was loose and very easy to trip on. Their morning breakfast was outstanding and we enjoyed that very much...
