“Unfortunately I was totally unaware of where I was booking and booking done in a rush. When we arrived we found the motel was just off a very busy main road with some big hospitals near by consequently the sounds of ambulances seem to be constant. They do say on their page that there is traffic which I had overlooked.

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”
