Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"1. Greeted warmly by the guy at the desk, I think it was Billy!
2. We had reserved 2 rooms, asked for adjoining then changed our mind to rooms next to each other. (Only 2 of us went to the desk, when we talked to the other 3 women in the group once we got to our rooms, we changed our minds!) I called down to the front desk and he switched out the room on one side to the adjoining room on the other. So glad we did, it worked out perfectly!
3. Pleasantly surprised about the happy hour. Wow! The snacks were delicious. The bartenders worked their butts off to keep up with the customers, but they did it! The common area was absolutely beautiful and set up perfectly for this!
4. Breakfast was phenomenal. The guy making the omelets was ALSO working his butt off to keep up with the line of customers and doing it brilliantly!
5. We loved having the common area to visit with each other. Also love having a refrigerator too.
6. Would have liked a hot tub, but probably would have been too tired to use it!!"
"Location, location, location! This hotel’s location allowed us to explore Hot Springs and only use our vehicle once. We enjoyed bath house row, hiking, a little history, shopping, and some great food. Ladies, take a lighted mirror with you because the bathroom lighting and mascara do not mix. Our room was clean and the public spaces were cared for too."
"If you are looking for surgical pristine and modern, then don’t stay here. HOWEVER if you want to experience and explore a living piece of history and if you can appreciate historical artifacts and architecture then THIS IS YOUR PLACE! The staircases are gorgeous. The lobby is breathtaking. They have performances on the lobby stage Thursday-Saturday nights and the lobby bar is open to serve you. Go lounge by the split level pool or relax in the hot tub! Make sure to visit the Arlington Mall, especially Mamoo’s. They make handmade ice cream…..delicious! It is located in the mix of the historic downtown. You can walk to the Ohio Club or the Copper Penny Pub or take some tours. The Gangster Museum and Haunted Tour are excellent."
"Property looks even better than the VRBO pictures. There are concrete steps from the dock area that go into the lake. Water is shallow enough for young children, but quickly deepens. Perfect for swimming. The bedroom is very large and could easily fit additional cribs/pack n plays.Host was very accommodating and quick to reply to messages. A great stay and a beautiful lakeside retreat."
"We received email with our code, when we arrived, it didn’t work. I was able to call the number and receive a new code. They were responsive when I text a question as well. The dome was very clean and plenty of towels and dishes. The beds were very comfortable and sheets were nice quality. Very lovely area, it is close to other domes but situated as where can’t really see each other. The last night we had very inconsiderate neighbors that did not follow the quiet hours rules. We heard another neighbor chew them out at 1:30 in the morning. We could hear them in our dome, I was able shut door to bathroom to minimize their noise but my son could hear them in top loft. The club house was very nice, we enjoyed the pool table. We did not use the hot tub. We tried one of trails, but it wind behind the domes and cabins. Check out was super simple, we followed their guidebook. We really liked the gated entrance and felt safe. We would stay here again, easy drive into Hot Springs."

10/10 Excellent
"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Little A-Frame. We spent most of our time either in the water, or on the screened porch. We made most meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed. The cabin was very clean, including the decks and dock. We would recommend this stay to anyone looking to get away. The incredible view of the lake will continue to stay with us!"
