"Horrible welcome from staff. Closed amenities not on their site or description. The pool, spa, bar, and lounge were all closed. The deck was surety and the beds uncomfortable."

"The location was absolutely beautiful but the aircondioner was old and couldn't keep up during the heatwave. The TV remotes were dead so we couldn't watch TV and the wifi was disabled. Those things were disappointing."
