"Two down falls…no elevator…stairs fairly steep…too much for anyone with knee problems…and terrible parking…first come first serve…had to drive around for 30 minutes until a spot came available…nostalgic setting…antique furniture…super nice, comfortable bed…beautiful lobby…very inviting with a fireplace…excellent Italian restaurant connected to the hotel…Andy, the manager, was wonderful…very personable…delicious entrees and fabulous desserts!!"

"We were able to check in early which was helpful since we had been driving all night. The family entertainment area was a hit! The room was quiet and clean. I was able to get an appointment at the spa which was also very relaxing. The choices of food on property was limited to the coffee cafe and the restaurant ( or the golf course at lunch time) but this was not a huge issue for our family since we wanted to go to the wharf for food. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful property in a beautiful setting. My only complaint was communication between staff and my husband. We had an issue with housekeeping and reported it. We were told they would get back to us and they never did. My husband had to leave a vm and we still never heard back from them."
