「The room we got was not as advertised. 14 minutes away from the beach. No elevator, no ice nearby, no laundry, no housekeeping. Carpet in the room and not well decorated. our view was of an AC unit. Plenty of Roaches waiting for us every night outside our door. Last year, we booked the exact same stay as this year through Expedia and it was a night and day experience.」

「If you like riding bikes, it's the ideal place to stay. There are plenty of trails near by and you can ride your bike to them. The apartment is comfortable and very quiet. The apartment is on the first floor with 3 steps getting to your front dóor. No stairs inside. Very nice neighborhood and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend for a very enjoyable vacation.」

Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Great beaches for walking or nice sidewalks if you prefer. 「The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again. Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual)」

「Good afternoon. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your home this weekend. The overall stay was okay, we did have a few issues with pest control. They were in the kitchen and also in one of the bedrooms. Also, we had a few family members stop by to visit and the red jeep next door was parked in front of the house blocking where we needed to park. Not sure how that is supposed to work. The front tub was still dirty and we had to clean it again.」

「This studio unit is spacious and well equipped. Very clean and the screened in balcony was perfect for breakfast. The supplied beach chairs & umbrella came in handy. The condo is across from a private country club pool which unfortunately you don’t have access to but beach access is very close and convenient. Overall, nice condo and would definitely stay here again. Host was proactive and provided good communication.」

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
