“It is a nice hotel, very friend staff, pretty quite neighbourhood and a perfect place for a escape. We arrived at night, very late and the staff still waiting for us and greet us. The only thing for the hotel may be the breakfast. We stay 6 nights and have 6 same breakfasts. I understand it is a small hotel that could not make buffet but if possible, make more choices for breakfasts. Thanks all staff indeed from Leo's (Chu) family!”

“It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. “Charming little boutique hotel off the beaten track. The staff are so attentive and with the small number of rooms you really feel like you’re staying with a wonderful family. The food was also exceptional and reasonably priced. We struggled to get around a little as we don’t drive and didn’t want to rent scooters, but we were perfectly happy just exploring the local area and enjoying the wonderful setting of the hotel. Would highly recommend. ”
