“Very convenient and spacious apartment - the only one on the 5th floor. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony in the very hot weather, as the flat was quite hot. There is a fan but it wasn't particularly effective. Plenty of storage space, a huge TV and big living area. Comfortable bed. A few minor niggles - the flat feels a bit tired. Loose carpet in the hall, and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. The bathroom extractor fan did not seem to be working. Some of the venetian blinds were……

“Overall, we had an okay stay, but I feel the property was overpriced for what it offered. The location was convenient, around a 30-minute walk or 25-minute bus journey into York city centre. Having on-site parking was a real bonus, as was the nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, and our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds. “This 2bed 2 bath suite on the top floor is tastefully designed and comfortably furnished. It is centrally located and a short walk to many attractions and the river. It is clean and beds were comfy. There are a myriad of eating options steps from the location including breakfast lunch and dinner. Although centrally located it was quiet especially at night. The host was easy to communicate with and was very responsive.”
