“Great stay !!”

“It was very good”

“Lovely modern room in restored old building. Staff were helpful, and both dinner and breakfast in the pub were great.”

“Very friendly welcome. . Pub staff really helpful and made me feel at ease. .Property is a 20 minute walk from train station. . Rooms are above a pub, so expect some noise, but it didnt bother me. . I was given a beautiful double room! with the most comfortable bed, bright white towels, window that opened(hate hotels that you cant open a window). .Very warm and fresh. . .the tea tray had bottled water which was good.,and small toilettries provided. .the actual hotel was quiet, and I felt safe as……

“The room was large, bright and clean with the added bonus of a fan. Staff were polite and helpful. Evening meal was superb. If we are in Harpenden again we will definitely stay here again.”

“Nice Pub, food was excellent, good selection of beverages, great staff, room was a bit dusty.”

“非常有特色又舒適的旅館，員工十分熱情，旅館一樓就是餐廳，餐點和啤酒都非常美味，位置也算方便，唯一缺點是沒有提供停車位稍不方便。”

“Great food and a convenient place to stop for the night”

“Really convenient for what I needed courtyard style room straight onto the car park. Dog friendly with some great walks around the area. Super easy check-in key was in the door. Appreciated the fruit teas and coffees in the morning. We’ll stay again if I need to be in that area.”

“I would advise other travellers to be cautious, especially if arriving late or making a last-minute booking. I should also mention that I was told I would not be offered breakfast because I had booked last minute or arrived late. My experience with the reception staff made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Regardless of the price paid for a room, every guest should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again.”
