「My experience at this hotel was terrible. The bed sheets were dirty and smelled awful. There were roaches in the hotel. The staff ignored all my messages. I booked 6 days but checked out after 2 because I couldn’t sleep properly in those conditions. When I left, the staff didn’t care and didn’t even apologize. This was completely unacceptable.」

「The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were well equipped with all the essentials and clean. It's a great and quiet place to stay especially for it's proximity to the airport. Highly recommend it for any traveller, especially with an early morning flight the next day. 」

「The room was specious enough for my husband and myself. The seating lounge worked well in welcoming our friends and family. All the staff are gentle and very helpful. Location was great. We really enjoyed our stay at Parkside and won't be the last time.」

「新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。」

「- Great service before/during the stay & enthusiastic staffs, they tried to do their best to - Clean room with comfortable bed - Good location (near the metro station, restaurants, supermarket...etc) - Fantastic breakfast - the hotel offerred airport transfer service, with good car and enthusiastic driver -However, the soundproof should be improved. There are bars and at downstairs and open until 2 am. not recommend to stay here if hard to fall asleep」
