"Great staff. Stay was very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised the room done neatly everyday. I would just ask the housekeeping folks to ensure the conditioner, body wash bottle is full. Day 1 conditioner bottle was already empty. Day 3 the body wash got over so took bath using the shampoo liquid...lol. Was too busy to inform the folks as these days rooms don't come equipped with hotel service phones to call."

"We have stayed here 10 times probably. We love it here. We will be back 4 more times this year. Breakfast is great. Staff is great. Pools clean. Theres a area for kids. They do movies by the pool at night."

"Room cleaned after 3rd day, people at the diner needs to be more friendly, they tried to charge me twice for my breakfast and didn't even apologize. "

"I assumed that because the hotel was by the Hilton that it wouldn’t be mediocre but it was. The tub had pealed paint and pubic hair stuck in the tub, the conventional breakfast was no more than toast, bagels and cereal. Biggest reason I booked the spark is the mention to have a shuttle to Disney parks which was completely false they only shuttle to smaller theme parks. To say I was disappointed would be saying it lightly. "

"A wonderful hotel. Great location for Universal with convenient water taxi. Able to check in early to make use of unlimited express pass. Shampoo / conditioner / hairdryer in room all great. Comfortable bed. "
