"Very clean. Staff friendly. Parking easy. Breakfast was basic, but what we expected. "

"There are not many places to stay in Silver City and this hotel was fine. The breakfast was average."

"Rooms need some TLC, especially the bathrooms. Toilet needs to be replaced. Shower doesn’t drain properly (likely a plumbing issue with tub drain). Also, the windows have basic blinds but they do not have curtains."

"The property is in need of a pretty serious overhall. My first room had an active roof leak on the bed. Staff immediately transferred me to another room. The bed and accessories in the room were good, but the walls had peeling paint and the shower/bathtub had plastic coming off of the floor."

"If you want to stat with puke in the zink, cockroaches in the bathtub and stains on your blanket- stay here! A bonus was the smell of pee and dirt"
