“The rooms were not clean as well as common areas. They do not clean the rooms but every 2 days not counting the day you check in and when they cleaned our room they didn’t do a good job. I had to go down to the front desk to get more towels and wash clothes also a new bottle of shampoo because ours was empty. When the beds were not made after the second day I complained for the second time and was told that their green policy is that they don’t change the sheets until after 5 days. I had to put……

“The room was clean but small. No dresser and not a lot of space in bathroom for toiletries. Our shower faucet leaked at the wall so the bath mat was soaked every time we showered. Fresh towels were supplied daily. Air conditioner needed repairs. It cooled fine but fan was noisy. Pool was nice but very few towels were put out for guests to use daily, maybe 4 to 5 from what I could tell. An outdoor grill is by the pool. Management should consider putting a couple more in and fixing the pergola……

“There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen.
