“I booked a 4 day stay in a room with a balcony and garden view. However , upon my arrival,I was assigned a ground-floor room facing the street. ( 4m to the street) .The room also had a noticeable musty ,moldy smell, so I refused to accept it. The hotel then offered me a room with balcony and street view for the first 2 nights, informing me that I would tl have to move back to the original for thr remaining nights. As I did not wish to spend my stay in an unpleasant room I decided to leave……

“The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The coffees were delicious!”

“Stunning pool view”

“We had a great 4-night stay at Lalita Tam Coc Resort & Spa. The resort is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located close to Tam Coc. The complimentary bicycles were convenient for exploring the beautiful countryside. The rooms were fairly standard but clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The area is incredibly scenic, and we especially enjoyed watching the mountain goats climbing the limestone cliffs behind the resort. The staff were warm,……

“Great place to stay. There was an accident in the area so the electricity gone out but the staffs were really helpful.”

“What a gorgeous resort and such a magical place! I loved my morning bike rides through the beautiful rice fields. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so warm and welcoming, and made us feel like part of their family. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay! ❤️🙏”

“The property is tucked away in a secluded area, exactly what we were looking for. We booked a villa with a private pool, giving us the entire space to ourselves. The villa is spacious, and the staff are helpful and accommodating. Mr. Xinh (the manager, I believe) made sure all the guests were well taken care of. We stayed for two nights and noticed that the breakfast selection changed by about 50–60% between the two mornings. You’ll need to ask for tea or specialty coffee, such as espresso or……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vu Hotel. The hotel appears to be family-owned and operated, and the personal attention and hospitality really stood out throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight. The staff paid attention to the little details and noticed how much we enjoyed the fresh……

“위치나 시설은 아주 만족스럽습니다. 그리고 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 그러나 방에서 오래된 냄새가 조금 났습니다. 아주 심한 건 아니지만., 예민하신 분은 힘들 수도 있을 것 같습니다.”

“Great stay here - fantastic for the price paid”

“This is the hotel which is worth visiting again. It has the beautiful view. The staffs are very nice. The breakfast is very simple but delicious.”

“Thank you to the team at Jiva - including Maya, Jayla and Carwyn. They made us feel very welcome during our stay. We also really enjoyed the spa treatments that we had. And the grounds of the resort are really spectacular. 100% worth visiting!”

“Exceptional service and English speaking staff were very kind and eager to assist. Upgraded to B3 villa overlooking lake with private patio. Manicured grounds and very clean pool area nestled right next to towering limestones. Breakfast is made to order with western and local fare (pho for breakfast some of the best Ive had!). Ate dinner onsite and chef prepared a meal that rivals anything nearby. Location in Trang An can’t be beat in the midst of all manor attractions and dining ATM and……

“Staff was extremely helpful”

“I had an amazing stay here in Ninh Binh. The whole experience felt incredibly warm and homey from the moment I arrived. The highlight was definitely the family who owns and runs the property. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, and they made me feel at home throughout my entire stay. You can tell they really care about their guests and put a lot of heart into the place. Everything about the stay was great — the property was comfortable, peaceful, and had such a nice……
