「We stayed in a Junior Suite in the newer building right next to the main hotel. The recently renovated rooms were clean and modern, with several balconies facing what I think are the best views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau in Murren. The spa in the basement was also very well kept and relaxing - a great way to end a long day of hiking. The restaurant in the main hall is grand, luxurious, and cooks fantastic food. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Jungfrau region.」

「I read the other reviews. The basic idea of this hotel is cool, it's such a unique spot. However, for me, thats about as good as it got. On arrival, I had my back pack and a suitcase, walked into the hotel, did not see a reception desk or any staff. So I walked back out to make sure I was in the right spot. There was a table of several women sitting close by the door, who watched me do this, never said a word to me. The next day I realized they were staff. Our room was hot, several flies,...
