Super Haus in super Lage
Modern, gemütlich, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, Strand in 2min erreichbar und zur Strandpromenade kommt man auch in wenigen Minuten. Vom Parkplatz wo das Haus steht bekommt man nichts mit und im Haus ist es sehr ruhig. In allen ein sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub dort verbracht.

Ferienhaus in 2. Reihe an der Promende, kurzer Weg zur Seebrücke und ins Zentrum, ruhige Lage, Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung, sehr freundliche Vermieter, tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten auf Rügen, perfekt für einen Urlaub.

Schön für einen Kurzurlaub
Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war sehr gut. Die Eigentümer haben sehr schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Die Lage des Hauses ist recht ungewöhnlich aber trotzdem super. Keine 2 Minuten bis zum Strand und bis zur Innenstadt hat man es auch nicht sehr weit. Was leider nicht so toll war: unter den Betten und dem Sofa sammelten sich Staub und Krümel. Da wir mit unserer 10 Monate alten Tochter dort waren, war uns das nicht so angenehm. Weiterhin ist das große Boxspringbett schon sehr durchgelegen. Die Matratzen müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Alles in allem ist es jedoch eine tolle Unterkunft. Man hat alles, was man braucht und kann dort einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.

es war soweit okay bis auf die Sauberkeit im Aufenthaltsraum unter dem Sofa wurde bestimmt eine gefüllte Ewigkeit nicht sauber gemacht die Lampen über den Esstisch mussten wir erst mal sauber machen schade

Super Auszeit bei nicht so schönem Wetter aber der richtigen Kleidung 😉
Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Zeit in Binz verbracht. Die Beschreibung entsprach dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Es war alles sehr entspannt und sehr ruhig, der Parkplatz ist super👍. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Ideal! Empfehlung in der Corona-Zeit. Wenn ein Schnelltest sein muss, ist es besser zwischen 16 und 17 Uhr ins Testzentrum zu gehen, da ist es wesentlich entspannter. Frohes Fest und viele Grüße von Carmen und Uwe.

Nähe zum Strand
Alles, wie beschrieben. Trotz der ungewöhnlichen Location des Hauses mitten auf einem Parkplatz, ist die Nähe zum Strand genial. Auch das Flanieren auf der Strandpromenade ist ohne weiteres möglich.

Ein perfektes Feriendomizil für eine Familie. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Wohnung, eigentlich ein Haus, nur empfehlen.

HAPPYTIME - Urlaub
Tolles Haus in hervorragender Lage - strandnah, waldnah, zentrumsnah - einfach perfekt für uns. Da wir im Oktober da waren, hat es uns auch nicht gestört, dass man nicht draußen sitzen kann. Da man quasi im Hinterhaus vom Aparthotel wohnt, wären Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmern super, da das Hotelgebäude die ganze Nacht hell erleuchtet ist. Die zwei Bäder sind hervorragend und in der Küche war auch alles vorhanden. Spiele und Bücher konnten wir in der Bibliothek in Binz mit der Kurkarte kostenlos ausleihen. Den Strandkorb konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da dieser ab 01.10. bis Mai ins Winter Quartier verbracht wird. Das war schade.
