“Easy, clean quiet and comfortable- perfect for what we needed. Nice, responsive hosts :)”

“By far the best home we have rented! The home was as stated. Enough towels for our group were provided. Extra touches like trash bags on hand made our stay so much nicer. We flew in from out of state and couldn’t bring all the extras from home. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The neighborhood was nice and the area felt safe.”

“Room exceeded expectations based on what we paid,a nice surprise overall! Amenities were sufficient for our group size too.”

“Location close to Island Waterpark really helped keep things fun during our trip!”

“We appreciated having two king beds so we didn't feel cramped at all. There was enough space for everyone's belongings too.”

“The room was dirty, floor was sticky, stains in the bed, chair dirty and sticky with hair on it, curtains full of holes, the room smelled bad (as if it had been a smoker room over decades), smoke detector not attached to ceiling but lying loose on a table, bathroom dirty, AC loud and appearing to fall out of the wall mount frame, broken down vehicles on the parking lot … (I could go on). On Expedia, this room was rated “10 - exceptional”, which is why I booked it. It is not even coming close to……

“Room had both a microwave and fridge which really helped us save time with meals while out exploring.”

“Room had plenty of space for us four, which made hanging out easy and fun during our trip.”

“Business trip, one night. Appreciated the efficient check in process and good WiFi connection throughout my stay. Got some work done while there without issues.”

“Everything was great”

“Spent a peaceful night. The kitchenette was useful for snacks and coffee in the morning. Easy access to Fresno attractions made it convenient for our visit.”

“The elevator operated smoothly while common areas appeared welcoming including outdoor spaces inviting guests toward relaxation.”

“The property was truly charming. Rented it for two out of town guests that couldn't be accommodated in our home. The proximity to Fig Garden Village was a real plus for dinner, breakfast , Whole Foods, and some fun shopping. The only drawback was one guest had to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. But, sofa beds have never been known for comfort. The sofa bed would be a great place for children to sleep.”

“The room was very dirty, the floor as well. The ironing board cover was dirty. The only clean place was the bathroom and refrigerator. I was expecting clean towels every day and never asked if needed. I never saw the cleaning staff. I was expecting some kitchen utensils and pots and pans as well, but nothing. It was the WORST STAY ever!!!!”

“I truly appreciate the communication and flexibility. House was perfect for what my family needed. It was a really great stay! Thank you for such an amazing experience.”

“Sleeping here was better than expected because of how calm and quiet it stayed at night.”
