The hotel is a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very kind and courteous. The only amenities ( in room) was a bar of soap and hotel size shampoo/conditioner combination. We did not eat breakfast. Fruit, muffins, pastries. Did not have a hot tub.

I didn’t like how both nights we were there, there were several young people in the parking lot fighting and partying all night, revving up their trucks and being extremely loud and nothing was done about it.. the room was nice and staff was very nice, but we went for a quiet get away and did not receive that

We stayed for two nights and if the drive wasn’t so far home we would have driven home straight away. The floors were absolutely filthy. My 1 year old was walking around on the floor and her feet were black. I ended up having to get down on my hands and knees to wipe the floor and the white towel ended up black from how dirty the floors were. I called to complain the first night, we were told the floors would be cleaned the next day but the floors were just as bad the second night.

The property is fine. The location is great. Front desk staff were great. I would HIGHLY recommend you do not stay here or anywhere in Birch Run when Mid Michigan Mayhem is going on. It’s an engine revving, late night hotel party. It’s a bunch of guys with loud lifted trucks acting crazy. Stay away! Will not be staying here again during this time and maybe ever again. Staff didn’t handle the situation the best. I left a night early due to the rowdy nights and loud environment.

We have stayed here twice and have no complaints. The convenience to restaurants and gas station/stores is a plus when needing something. Hotel staff is always friendly and attends to any needs you may have. Lobby and dinning area always super clean and their breakfast is perfect. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back when in the area
