“Wonderful property that feels secluded but is close to downtown Birch Run & Frankenmuth. Very clean and comfortable. The local farm animals were a fun add-on. Would stay here again.”

“Very clean, convenient, and surprisingly roomy. We had 8 people and didn't even use one of the bedrooms. Hot tub was nice. Host was responsive to texts. Easy access to Birchrun and Frankenmuth.”

“We had a great time, living room was super cozy and adjacent kitchen was extremely convenient, WiFi was fast enough for streaming as advertised, however was not fast enough for Remote Desktop connection for work so we had to check-out a night early. Just a small nitpick not too serious, we had a hotspot with us just in-case but we had very poor reception for it so that wouldn’t work either, that’s not their fault no worries there”

“We were lucky to find a house to accommodate six people in our family. Bonus for us: It was very close to Frankenmuth and only 30 minutes away from Saginaw. Our days were filled with a three day Robotics Competition at SVSU. However we were able to enjoy Frankenmuth as well. This Farmhouse is charming and very comfortable and clean. The host has thought about every aspect of lodging for the comfort of their guests.”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was extremely clean and had everything you could need. Well located close to Frankenmuth and Birch Run. Felt like home within minutes of arriving. Beds and other furnishings were all very comfortable. Owner was very responsive.”

“Things like descriptive “pets cages”, identified. That there was a live in dog was not. My granddaughter is allergic to dogs. Host gave choice of Benadryl, or Zerteck so I wouldn’t have to go purchase meds in late eve.. Please describe in immediate description on face page. Also, Verbo description was “sleeps 8 ppl. So, I thought I could have up to 8 ppp. Nothing was stated upfront. We found out later that the additional price for each additional price was $10 per person. Must be more clear……

“We stayed the weekend in the Rupprecht haus. We had a great time. Close enough to downtown to walk everywhere you want to go. The house was great, the kids loved it. The only drawback is the road noise is pretty loud, but didn’t keep our baby or anyone else from being able to sleep.”

“Cool unique little cabin in the woods. The farm animals are the best bonus of staying here. Super quiet off the road. Cabin is small but updated with cute decor. Made the perfect place for our mother/daughter shopping trip. Would definitely stay again.”

“This is a cozy little get away place that we enjoyed very much. Loved the kitchenette for morning coffee and late evening suppers of leftovers warmed in the microwave. We also enjoyed afternoon tea there each day of our stay. Evenings were spent in the lovely front room in front of the television watching retro tv programs...a favorite. The bedrooms and bath were very generous as well. The location is close to downtown and very walkable. We would enjoy staying there again. Thanks!!”

“My friend and I decided to take a little trip to relax and not be “needed” by someone for a few days; total moms weekend. It was AMAZING! The room was clean and the bed was so comfy! We were within walking distance of St. Julian’s Winery, The Frankenmuth Brewery, and everything in between. “The staff was very unfriendly. Amenities scarce but if you’re trying to save money and stay on the cheap the motel was ok. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. The room had a strong deodorizer smell that made my husband nauseated. We had to air the room for that reason. Skip the continental breakfast. Stale donuts and terrible coffee. ”

“Had 2 meetings in Frankenmuth, one Wednesday evening and one Thursday afternoon. It is mid winter break here and the hotels were full of families. Found this listing and it worked out great. Easy to find. Within walking distance of town, exceptionally clean with well appointed linens and towels. Our hosts Mike and Christa were welcoming and friendly and felt like old friends.
