“Nice host, brilliant service Highly recommended ”

“A one night stay. Our bedroom along with the rest of this fine establishment was excellent Clean & welcoming Pleasant bar staff & caring thoughtful host. Would highly recommend.”

“Absolutely cannot fault anything whatsoever. Responsive, proactive, clear instructions & the photos matched the facilities. Clean, comfortable & spacious. Would recommend The Powell public house in Birchington if you are either passing through to visit family & friends or just want somewhere to stay after a long walk along the many seaside promenades. Everything was within easy reach for me which was essential & I will be recommending my stay to my family and friends. Thank you so much……

“Perfect room for us, very comfortable and easy to access at any time of day. The booking process was handled well with easy to understand instructions. Would definitely recommend”

“Lovely Room, great hosts via the booking system , pub staff friendly nothing too much trouble Lovely to have the complimentary biscuits and water Thank you”

“Everything was ok but the wonderful coffee machine and tea making facilities were useless because there was no cups! Also because the accommodation has no reception there was nobody around to help us. So three stars only .”

“Great cottage style accommodation. Kitchen/dinner, living room with a sofa the turns into two separate single beds, bathroom with powerful shower and comfy double bed on upper floor. Tv in living room and kitchen. Great for our family of four with two teen kids. Will visit again!”

“Hotel staff were helpful, rooms were clean, nice experience overall ”

“Great, modern hotel. Favreau room and location. Right in the heart of the Old Town. Check in and keys are all online via an app. First time, I use a staff less hotel but it was all very smooth. Highly recommended”

“Check-in process at the Pub opposite the accommodation block was easy and straightforward. The staff were really friendly. The location was good - really close to a shopping centre if that's your thing.”

“Lovely, comfortable stay. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent.”

“Great value traditional B&B. Spotless room and comfy bed. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was decent - fresh coffee was amazing! Have already booked another stay!”
