Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff who were so kind and helped us get into the car park in the heavy snow when our car couldn’t make it!! Absolutely couldn’t fault this hotel, the room was clean, lovely and spacious, in a great location easy to find and get to. Breakfast was really great and overall the stay was such a reasonable price, all of the staff were friendly and so helpful. Would absolutely recommend, thanks again :)
Fresh breakfast buffet with option for eggs made the way like, friendly staff and good atmosphere. The bedroom however a cold, A/C not working and the supplied oil heater couldn't cope.
Good food, friendly staff, great location and car friendly.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. However, the neighbourhood felt unsafe at night, and some basic amenities were missing—such as no power socket in the bathroom and a non-functional TV that was not fixed despite requests.
