On the plus side: The room was clean and very convenient to the airport. Price was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Negative: The food was mediocre. Our hamburgers were overcooked, french fries were cold. And the food was overpriced.

I have used the property before but never had such a terrible night. My room was at the back of the building overlooking a carpark. Opposite was the Novotel. I was first woken by a noisy group of youths vomiting and then i had just got back to sleep when between 3 and 4am deliveries started .It was impossible to rest.

On airport so literally took 4-5 minutes to walk into the terminal. Parking options are good. Room was clean and bed comfy, did the job for a super early flight the next day. Hôtel did seem exceptionally busy as there had been an incident at the airport that day and many flights had been cancelled and the passengers had been put up in the hotel so we were please we had eaten before we arrived as we wouldn’t have been able to get a table before the kitchen closed.

Friendly and helpfull staff, clean rooms, beds are good too. Breakfast buffet not extreme but well cared for and all you really need. Walking distance from airport arrivals/departures. Convinient location for NEC and/or railway station. Restaurant is fine if you don't want to wander off to city centre. Separate nice seating area with bar and cosy seating. Free WiFi worked good.

Convenient to The NEC, walkable from BHI train station and to NEC (5 mins) safe walking pathway. Hotel was clean, quiet considering it is so close to major roads and airport I did not hear a thing! Breakfast was well worth the money, pre pay at check in to save.

Fast friendly check in. Clean modern rooms. Comfortable bed with extra pillows. Friendly restaurant staff. Harman recommended the Zesty Lemon Cheesecake; delicious.

Good hotel near NEC/Airport
Good hotel near the NEC and airport. Strange that we were not asked for any ID when we checked into our room. Shuttle to NEC/Airport wipes your key card so you have to get a new one every day, again strange. Especially when not being told about it, we had to figure this out after our card did not work every time we tried to use the lift. Dinner was very good. Excellent service and gluten free options.

Séjour tres agréable dans cet hôtel très bien situé juste entre l'aéroport et le NEC ! J'ai pu tout faire à pied. La chambre en elle-même était calme et confortable à part la salle de bains.

Good airport hotel
Very convenient for early flight, literally on airport. Room felt a little cold, even with heating on, heard other guests mention this also. #no wake up alarm service.

Room 513 had a very squeaky bed, it disturbed sleep as noisy every time you moved. Also doors did slam when others returned to room

This was a great option for an overnight stay between arriving at Birmingham airport and our onward journey. The rooms are definitely compact but not claustrophobic and it was supremely quiet.
