Stay in the heart of Homewood, Birmingham’s most walkable neighborhood, at The Brookwood. Perfect for quick getaways, work trips, or longer stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, spacious floor plans, fast WiFi, and in-unit laundry. Take a dip in one of two saltwater pools, enjoy the 24-hour fitness center, or unwind in the outdoor lounge with a cozy fire table.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

Overall

They don’t supply any supplies like shampoo, soap, coffee, etc. We were only in town for three days. We had to go buy all that stuff and leave it behind since we couldn’t on the flight. My son had a few roaches in his shower. If you call the landing, they’re just a management company and they always refer back to the people locally who usually take 24 to 48 hours to respond. Go to Birmingham on a regular basis and will not be staying here again.

Great Stay

Great apartment that was very convenient to Samford University and MUCH less expensive than a hotel. The apartment was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Very quiet apartment complex.
