We look forward to welcoming you to our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home in the centre of Coventry which is exceptionally located and can sleep up to 8 persons.
Our private driveway can comfortably accommodate one medium vehicle, and there is free parking on the rest of the street.
There is a very handy bus stop right opposite which can take you directly to the Centre, Universities, the Train Station, Coventry Building Society Arena, and many many more.
Coventry Train Station: 4 minute drive 2 minute bus (+8 min walk) 16 minute walk
Coventry Town Centre: 4 minute drive 2 minute bus 15 minute walk
Warwick University Campus: 8 minute drive 25 minute bus 60 minute walk

Lounge: Gorgeous and modern lounge with two long sofabeds which can comfortably sleep up an extra 2 persons. If your group will be making use of these, do let us know and we can ensure the bedding is set up for you.
Dining area: Spacious and peaceful dining area with extendable dining table which can host up to 6 persons.
Kitchen: Impeccable kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer, oven grill, gas cooker, and washing machine. All pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and utensils you would expect are included for your convenience.
Bedroom 1: Spacious kingsize bedroom with open wardrobe. Sleeps up to 2 persons.
Bedroom 2: Serene kingsize bedroom with closed double wardrobe. Sleeps up to 2 persons.
Bedroom 3: Beautiful small double bedroom with open clothing storage. Sleeps up to 2 persons, however the space is smaller than the other bedrooms.
Bedroom 4: As described above, the lounge can sleep up to 2 extra persons on comfortable sofa beds.
Bathrooms: 1 large bathroom with toilet, sink and bath. 1 W/c with toilet and sink downstairs.
Exterior (front): Private driveway which can comfortably fit 1 medium vehicle. Free parking is available on the rest of the street. Exterior front ring doorbell is installed for safety and security.
Exterior (back): Long garden available to enjoy at your leisure.
You will have full access to the entire home through a private entrance.
Check-in instructions will be sent to you 24 hours before check-in, once guests agree to our House Rules Agreement & your card will be securely pre-authorised via Stripe for deposit, as hotels do. Pre-authorised charges are returned automatically by Stripe 7 days after the initial transaction.
