Enjoy this studio apartment in the heart of the city. Unit sits above Trattoria ZaZA pizza restaurant. Walk to restaurants, bars, and other downtown attractions. The unit has a full kitchen, washer/dyer combo and bath. This apartment is located in newly renovated The Frank building, and guests will be able to access a rooftop lounge, business center, gym, and dog run. Parking is free and parking pass to the attached deck comes with the building.

Great Single Person Stay

I stayed at this property for about a month while I worked at a nearby hospital. Great location and easily accessible without being too noisy despite being in the city. There do seem to be a lot of students who live in this building so the common areas are not the best kept but the apartment itself was perfect. Appropriate amenities provided and clean on arrival. Closest I've had to a nicer hotel experience.
