After waiting 40 minutes at the front desk to be checked in, I went to my room, looked around, used the bathroom, and left. I could not and would not ever stay in place that foul.

Had reservations but when we arrived we were told the reservations had been canceled. There were no rooms. Had to find another room in another city at 9pm on a Friday night. Very frustrating! I do not recommend this hotel.

no towels or bath cloths provided. the whole building smelled like marijuana and cigarettes even though it is a no smoking facility. bed was ROCK hard. it had no give at all. there was dog hair on the bed from previous travelers. there was also leftover takeout left in the fridge from previous travelers. just kind of felt icky but at least me and my husband had a place to stay for the night.

Had a conformed prepaid booking. Showed up and was told there were no rooms available. There were three others (potential) guests in the lobby that also had prepaid booking that were being turned away. So upsetting to see a family with kids and a disabled woman turned away with no other economical books available locally. I’ve stayed here 8 or 9 times, never again.

If you are looking for a normal, extended stay hotel, don't stay here. This is more like a residence inn than a hotel. The majority of people staying there live there full time. There is no housekeeping. If you want clean towels or sheets, you have to go ask for them. The room I had was not carpeted and did not look like it had been swept in forever. After 5 minutes of bare foot walking, my soles were black. The rooms apparently are not cleaned thoroughly between guests as evidenced by the half a loaf of bread I found in a cabinet, from a prior occupant. If your trash can fills up in your room, you have to tie it up and put the bag in the hallway or no one will pick it up. I spent a week here on business and not once was my room attended to, even on a basic level. If you want a normal extended-stay type of hotel, there are plenty in the neighborhood. If you want a residence inn, this is the place for you.

The hotel is poorly managed. The knight staff front desk young lady is very nice & professional. The room is not clean, no towels, dirty floors. Bath tub faucet leaking A LOT. The manager only works day shift. So several things cannot be completed cause he is not there

I have stayed at this property about ten times. Most recently, I showed up with a prepaid booking and was greeted with a sign on the door exclaiming that no rooms were available, even if you had a reservation. I learned this was due to rooms not being ready as opposed to double-booked. On two other occasions, I arrived after 5pm and rooms were ready until 6pm and 7pm, respectfully. On one occasion, I was looking for some dish washing liquid and found a patron’s food in the cabinets. On 7 or 8 bookings, something was missing. Sometimes towels, sometimes soap, once my room was missing pillows. It’s cheap and close to my jobsite or I would have stayed elsewhere. The only positive is the linens are clean and the showers are hot.
