"it was a short walk from new street train station birmingham shops macdonald s nearby the place was cool an clean kempt tidy the bathroom was absolutly immaculate with toiletries an thier was akettle in room with tea milk an coffee.very friendly vibe lifts an perfect for me old skool."
"Visited the hotel because we had tickets for the T20 finals day at Edgbaston. Hotel is very modern and clean, excellent communial areas, nice bar and restaurant and the rooms are well appointed. Will definitely be back "
"The hotel was very convient staff friendly and polite no matter what there job was...
only issue on arrival didnt book breakfast but said we could book later. Saturday night booked breakfast at 10pm on arrival back from day of cricket person wrote it down and said would add to system at breakfast on Sunday we were not on the list.
Otherwise the hotel was outstanding in my view and I would return again."
