Hmmm. Where do I begin?Peaceful? Not really, it faces a busy street. The property could become very nice. Right now (Oct 2025) it is basically a work in progress, with questionable building practices, such as no hot water at the kitchen sink (it had been plumbed so that only cold water goes to the faucet). It has a dishwasher. Never used it. The add says that the owner provides the packets to use in the dishwasher. Not true. And they weren't supplied even after complaining. A dirty pot was sitting the dishwasher.The bathroom door was installed improperly ... it rubs hard against the flooring and has a missing handle. Bathroom sink plunger stuck, bathroom toilet seat broken on one side.Kitchen range top (hob) is cracked and the countertop is scorched.The wardrobes are far too big making access to or inside the bedrooms difficult.The furniture is really cheap ... if you lean against one side of the couch, the couch end falls off!!! A chair in the kitchen has a loose seat. No soap or shampoo provided in the bathrooms. Every other place we have stayed in Malta provide olive oil, salt, pepper and at least a few other things, including basic soaps and shampoos Not this place. Only one of three bedrooms is air-conditioned (not a big deal for us, but that could be a bigger deal in August). What did they get right? The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. The internet works in the front but not the rear of the apartment due to the solid walls.
