"Friendly staff and they tried to check if the room was ready but we were early. They did ask us to come back in 1hr after which was still before official check in time. The laundry is a paid service. Location is great and clean"

"Location, location, location. The hotel is in the middle of everything. You can easily stroll to Hongyadong, pedestrian street, food street, art museum, literally everything. The staff and service are great with easy check-in. Bed and pillows are a dream, cocooning you thru a good night or two. Washer/dryer worked well. There is a construction site in the area but I didn't hear any noise from my room. Highly recommended!"

"The location is excellent. The room is very clean. Self-laundry is very helpful. The staff was helpful as well. But a bit noise was around. We felt too much cold air floating even we turned air conditioner off."
