“We got saved from the room air conditioning. I was more comfortable outside . The floor is plastic and the moment air conditioning stops entire floor becomes wet because of moisture content in air . I can’t walk in the room otherwise ..Perhaps they have some issue in dehumidification. But some how this is issues with all room. I changed the room and it’s same , you wake with freezing cold weird air conditioning noise , was real headache every morning .”

“Friendly team and breakfast with good choices. Excellent location with shuttle service that brings you to Orchard Road, but often it's full :) However, it is within walking distance to reach Orchard Road. The hotel has playground for kids, a very warm and happy mood because many families stay in this hotel.”

“Spa, sauna, and steam room were not operating and there was no notice for their closures. Two of the bedside electrical and USB outlets were not working. Otherwise, it’s a nice hotel and I stayed in a comfortable room.”

“Clean and comfortable.”

“It will be perfect if there is more lighting in the room. Thank you ver much.”

“The facilities are pretty new and the room is clean. The room is smaller than expected. If you shower late at night, you may risk having insufficient hot water. The room’s door isn’t good at soundproofing which you can hear people talking in the corridor clearly. ”

“Mary at the front desk is particularly good-mannered and helpful, very efficient at check in on 25 June and helping to retrieve lost items after we checked out on 27 June.”
