"A great hotel, in the heart of Brighton. A little overpriced in my opinion, and we were disappointed to find out that breakfast wasn't included (after filtering on the Hotels.com website accommodation including breakfast). Saying that, if it were cheaper in future, I would stay here again."

The queue ended up getting quite long and I felt sorry for front of house staff who took the brunt of people grumbling. There were people who needed to check out for transport who had to just pick at what little there was."
