2nd stay at this property
We have stayed here twice and it has been perfect both times. The location was excellent as we were able to walk the capital path in the mornings and attend the state track meet in the afternoons. We were able to stay together and prepare our own meals. Will stay here again.

Perfect for our needs
The property was clean except for the coffe maker which had old coffee and coffe grounds in the filter (easy fix). The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, but the frame of it is light weight steel and the knob was loose when we arrived. Obviously someone bumped it and its never been fixed. It doesnt effect the function of the bed, but it is the corner of the bed that has the most traffic in that room, so my husband and I had to be very conscious when making the bed or even walking past that corner so we didn't knock the bed frame knob off. Also there is only parking for one vehicle per unit on the property so our sons had to park off site across the street. It all worked out in the end and we were greatful that we had a comfortable place to stay as we were in North Dakota for my father's funeral and traveled a long distance to be there. ( from Colorado Springs and Bozeman)

Great stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property was cute, clean and centrally located. Loved being across from the Capitol. Lots of history and great paths for morning or evening walks. Communication with Trevor was fantastic. He was even able to grant us one more night stay when our travel plans changed. Would love to stay here again!

Awesome place!
This was a fantastic place! Super clean and so convenient to everything. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the chocolate chip cookies that were left for us and the kids loved all the board games in the closet! We definitely plan on staying here again!

Great Property and Location!
The property has 4 units that were completely remodeled. We stayed in unit #1 and were very happy with every aspect. The unit, furnishings, beds, TVs, Wi-Fi, heat, keyless access were all top notch and the sweet treat waiting for us with a welcome note was a nice touch. Great property and property managers. We look forward to returning when we're back in Bismark!
