“The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. ”

“Overall everything was good except a big language barrier. No one can speak English and it was so hard to communicate.
Younus was really helpful and he was speaking spanish but were trying hard to help us in little english. Then later he started communicating with us through whatsapp because he wanted to translate it in english and spanish easily. We were leaving early because to catchup a train so he packed breakfast for us. So nice of him.
Riad was really good and pretty but little run down.……
