「La struttura è difficile da trovare, visto che non ha alcuna insegna e si trova un po' nascosta. La gentilezza dei proprietari è veramente incredibile. L'unica pecca, una manutenzione un po' trascurata, cosa che comunque non pregiudica la pulizia e la comodità.」

The staff was excellent from Front Desk (Hassain) to Breakfast/Housekeeping (Ahchaik, Reman, Azza) As per Breakfast there was a variety and good enough to get you going for the day. The room itself was good too (smart tv, electric kettle w/ tea supplies provided). The location is in the heart of the city making it easy to see all the attractions.」

「The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a. The staff, after seeing how late we got in, made sure that the kitchen stayed open until we woke up so that we could have breakfast. Every time we saw C, the smile that she greeted us...
