“飯店大廳服務人員態度差、不親切！”

“我们去的时候，已经是次日凌晨了，酒店给我们留了钥匙和小条子，我们就自助入住了。第二天早上发现，环境非常棒！周围绿化很好，还种了很多花。房间本身也很好，面积够大，非常干净！酒店前台非常热情，这是德国人给我留的好印象。总之，是非常值得入住的一家酒店，如果是自驾游，强烈推荐！”

“All the crew of the hotel is great, nice and helpful. Especially the madam (receptionist) spent a lot of time introducing the whole environment and restaurants to us. I really like her attitudes toward job.”

“We only stayed here for one night due to our tightly packed itinerary, and we loved it. The staff was incredibly friendly (I spoke my best German- which isn't great- and they were very kind when I couldn't fully understand their replies), and our room included a group pass to the waterfall, which you normally have to pay for when you arrive at the trailhead. The room had an incredible view, and was older and very cabin-like, in the most charming way possible. It was also enormous for a hotel……
